The Beginning:
Passionate about food, both creating and consuming, I have always enjoyed tweaking and creating recipes.  As my knowledge of how food impacts your health grew, so did my need to be creative in the kitchen. Thirty years ago, grocery shelves didn’t cater to the various diets like they do today.
